아카데미상(영어: Academy Award)혹은 오스카상(영어: OSCAR)은 미국의 영화 시상식이다. 주로 이 상은 영화 예술 과학 아카데미가 수여한다. 전년도에 발표된 미국 영화 및 미국에서 상영된 외국 영화를 대상으로 우수한 작품과 그 밖의 업적에 대하여 해마다 봄철에 시상한다.
그 동안 수상부문과 부문별 명칭은 여러 차례 변동이 있어왔다. 이를테면 제83회 아카데미상시상식에서는 모두 24개 부문의 경쟁부문 시상식과 2개 부문의 특별명예상 시상식이 있었다.
